SEE 2012 - Poetry and Pictures
Wednesday 19 September
Pictures and poetry, images and words – an exhibition that imagines the changes the Olympics 2012 will bring to Hackney by bringing together Pete Young’s photographs of Hackney Marshes and poems written by Year 5 at Mandeville School.
The exhibition runs from Tuesday 4th September at Hackney Museum.
Opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm. Thursday 9.30am – 8pm. Saturday 10am – 5pm.
Also - on Wednesday 19th September there will a family workshop with poet Neal Zetter. Enjoy Pete Young's photographs of Hackney Marshes and respond with poetry, imagining how the Olympic Games will change the area. (Details below refer to this event).
